No. TeamWorkMap never shows an individual's answers to anyone at your company — not you, not your managers. You see results for groups of 8 or more people, and written comments only as themes. Your team is told this before the first question.
Below 8, people can be identified from their answers, especially by an owner who knows everyone on the roster. So the team report needs at least 8 completed answers, and departments with fewer than 8 are combined.
No report can be made and there is no refund — you receive a one-hour consultation with ICON instead. This is stated before you pay, so you have every reason to get the minimum answers in.
No. Managers and supervisors fill in the prediction form free, by invitation from you. You never see a manager's personal prediction — only the management team as a group.
Their own report straight away, the three changes they asked for, and one practical step on the two areas they rated lowest. When the survey closes, they can see how everyone answered beside their own view.
